titleOfInvention | Diagnosis of Female Sterility Using Protein PrxII As Diagnostic Marker |
abstract | The present invention relates to a PrxII protein for use as a diagnostic marker for infertility of female mammals, in particular for fertility of female mammals due to early menopause. The present invention also relates to compositions and kits for diagnosing infertility of female mammals, in particular, infertility of female mammals due to early menopause, characterized by comprising an antibody against the PrxII protein. In addition, the present invention is (a) separating and collecting serum from the magnetic mammal, (b) assaying the PrxII protein in the collected serum samples, (c) when the PrxII protein is detected as a result of infertility due to early menopause On the other hand, when the PrxII protein is not detected, the present invention relates to a method for diagnosing infertility of a female mammal characterized by determining infertility due to normal or other causes. The present invention also relates to a method for extracting and preparing PrxII protein from mammalian tissue, which is used as a diagnostic marker for infertility of a female mammal. |
