Thienylazolylalcoxyethanamines, their preparation and their application as medicaments |
abstract |
R 'is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a lower alkyl group;n n n R2, R₃ and R 'are hydrogen atoms or lower alkyl groups;n n n Az is thienylazolylalkoxyethanamine of formula (I) which contains 1 to 3 nitrogen atoms and is an N-methyl substituted pentagonal nitrogenated heterocyclic aromatic group. This compound has analgesic activity in mammals, including humans. The compound of formula 1 may be obtained by reacting a hydroxy-thienylazole derivative of Formula 4 with an N- (ethyl) amine derivative. Compound (4) is useful as an intermediate in the synthesis of compound (1). Formula 1 compounds are useful for the preparation of human or animal drugs. |
