titleOfInvention | A Protein Chip Using Substrate-Specificity of Polyhydroxyalkanoate |
abstract | The present invention utilizes substrate specificity of polyhydroxyalkanoic acid degrading enzyme substrate-binding domain to polyhydroxyalkanoic acid, and detects protein-to-protein reactions using a protein chip and an electric protein chip, wherein the target protein is specifically fixed to a substrate. It is about a method. According to the present invention, since the target protein can be fixed in a position-specific manner on a substrate to inhibit nonspecific protein binding, it does not require a blockage step and a complex purification step in the production of protein chips, and thus is large in terms of productivity and economy. The improvement effect can be expected, and since the protein chip of the present invention can perform protein interactions more specifically and efficiently, it will greatly contribute to the basic research of new drug development. |
