abstract |
A solid and liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprising a sufficient amount of physiologically suitable water soluble acid additives for stabilizing containing silanesetron as an active substance and silanesetron for racemization reactions. These additives include monobasic or polybasic organic acids of C 2~12 claim 1 PK s value of 1.1 to 4.8; Acid salts of the polybasic organic acids; Salts of physiologically suitable polybasic inorganic acids having a first PK s value of 1.5-7.5. The present invention also relates to the use of these acid additives for the stabilization of silanesetron for racemization reactions in pharmaceutical formulations. |
