abstract | The color filter of the present invention includes an ink film colored with ink droplets 140 in the opening 111 surrounded by the banks 112 partitioned on the substrate 110. The bank 112 has a lamination structure of the metal film 120 and the photosensitive organic thin film 130 on the substrate 110 side. It is preferable that ink contains a high boiling point solvent. In addition, the bank layer may have a periphery of its bottom surface inward from the periphery of the light shielding layer, and the light shielding layer may have an exposed surface on which the bank layer does not overlap. Thereby, the color filter which has no coloring stain and is excellent in a sensitivity can be provided. |
