It is characterized by forming.n n n The chitosan complex of the present invention is excellent in biocompatibility and biodegradability, and forms a spherical aggregate of several tens to hundreds of nanometers in size, consisting of hydrophilic chitosan and a hydrophobic bile acid in an aqueous solution. Various hydrophobic drugs and therapeutic proteins, including, can be effectively encapsulated and thus can be usefully used as a medical drug carrier. |
