titleOfInvention | Grifola frondosa extracts for controling side effect of cisplatin |
abstract | The present invention relates to a mushroom extract for inhibiting the side effects of chemotherapy anticancer agent, characterized in that the extract of leaf mushrooms (Grifola frondasa) to suppress the renal toxicity, hematopoietic immunity, digestive toxicity of cisplatin anticancer agent.n n n Leaf mushroom extract of the present invention is an increase in Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), an indicator of renal toxicity caused by the administration of the chemotherapy drug cisplatin, which is widely used in clinical practice, gastrointestinal weight increase, and hematopoietic immunotoxicity. Statistically significant inhibition of blood platelets and decreased splenic interleukin-2 (IL-2) expression were observed. |
