titleOfInvention Neutralization apparatus treating acid wastewater in sludge-separation type
abstract The present invention relates to a treatment method for effectively utilizing the waste concrete recycled aggregate or by-product lime in the neutralization treatment of acid wastewater, such as acid mine drainage. More specifically, the present invention relates to a neutralization treatment method of adding solid water to waste concrete recycled aggregate or by-product lime containing basic components, and then separating the liquid and then using only the liquid component as a neutralizing agent. In addition, the present invention relates to a method of recycling waste concrete recycled aggregate as a construction aggregate having improved strength by treating sludge separated in the solid-liquid separation when used in the neutralization treatment method of the present invention.n n n According to the present invention, the use of low-cost waste concrete recycled aggregate or Busan lime as a neutralizing agent neutralizes the acidic wastewater and can significantly reduce the generation of heavy metal-containing sludge, which is expensive to process. There is an advantageous advantage in terms of the size of the equipment, the capacity of the stirring device and the operating cost by significantly reducing the amount of unnecessary transfer. Furthermore, dewatering and drying the sludge separated from the solid-liquid separation satisfies the properties required by the site as construction aggregates, and thus has the advantage of recycling waste concrete recycled aggregates or by-product lime as construction aggregates.
