abstract | The present invention relates to a nucleic acid molecule comprising an HpYPS1 gene encoding Hanshenula polymorpha Apsin1 , a polypeptide encoded therein, and a Hanshenula poly having reduced Apsin activity due to a mutation of the HpYPS gene encoding Hanshenula polymorpha Apsin1. A mutant strain, a recombinant Hansenula polymorpha strain expressing a foreign protein produced by introducing a gene encoding a foreign protein into the Hansenula polymorpha strain, wherein the recombinant Hansenula polymorpha strain is used to express a foreign protein. It relates to a method for producing a foreign protein, including culturing under the conditions and separating the foreign protein from the culture. |
