titleOfInvention | A Method for Screening Inhibitor of Response to Allergen |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for enhancing an allergic reaction using hydroquinone and a method for searching for an allergic inhibitor. According to the present invention, hydroquinone can effectively enhance allergen-induced allergic reactions by increasing the production of IL-4 and IgE from stimulated CD4 + T cells. Since hydroquinone acts on the pathway of immune response in vivo, it is expected that allergic inhibitors discovered using hydroquinone may have the effect of treating and preventing allergic diseases at the same time. |
