The present invention relates to a method for producing an antimicrobial latex foam containing silver nanoparticles and an antimicrobial latex foam produced by the method.n n n The present invention provides a method for producing a latex foam containing a low concentration of silver components declared as impossible in the prior art and capable of exhibiting sufficient antimicrobial activity even by such a low concentration of silver components, and an antimicrobial latex foam by the method. .n n n The method for producing an antimicrobial latex foam according to the present invention is an improvement of a method for manufacturing a conventional latex foam, which prepares rubber latex as a main raw material and various additives, and separately prepares an aqueous emulsion solution containing fine silver powder. These materials are mixed and aged to produce antimicrobial latex raw materials, and then foamed, cured and gelled to produce antimicrobial latex foams. |
