abstract | The present invention provides an extrusion step of melting and extruding a hydrophilic resin, a cooling step of obtaining a solidified resin by bringing the extruded resin into contact with a metal plate to cool and solidify the resin, and granulating the solidified resin to form a resin granule. A hydrophilic resin granule is manufactured by the granulation process which obtains. The obtained hydrophilic resin granules can be used for extrusion molding and the like. |
