The present invention relates to a method for preparing a recombinant protein for FAS1 in transformed Escherichia coli and a monoclonal antibody secreting fusion cell line. This monoclonal antibody can be used for the detection of PAS-linker as well as for the characterization of proteins such as PAS that binds PAS-linker protein as an immunoprecipitated antibody and for the study of PAS-mediated apoptosis.
