titleOfInvention A process of preparing continuous filament composed of nano fiber
abstract The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a continuous filament composed of nanofibers, wherein water or an organic solvent (4a) is contained through a nozzle (2) to which a high voltage is applied to a polymer spinning liquid in a spinning liquid main tank (20). The nanofibers are produced by spinning the surface of the concentrator 4 in which the conductor 5, which is applied with a high voltage, is immersed in the water or the organic solvent 4a, or the surface of the organic solvent 4a. Subsequently, the nanofibers spun onto the surface of the water or organic solvent 4a are squeezed, stretched, dried and wound while being pulled by a rotary roller 6 rotating at a constant linear velocity from 1 cm or more from one end of the dropping place. It is characterized by intoxication. The present invention can produce a continuous phase filament (thread) consisting of nanofibers by an electrospinning method in a continuous process.
