titleOfInvention | Radiographic inspection apparatus |
abstract | The present invention simplifies a radiographic inspection apparatus capable of performing radiographic examination of a subject using X-rays and γ-rays.n n n The imaging device 2 of the radiation inspection apparatus 1 includes radiation detectors 4A and 4B disposed around the hole 33 into which the bed 16 is inserted. The radiation detector 4A has a detection section composed of GaAs having a thickness of 2 mm in one side of 5 mm square. The radiation detector 4B has a detection section composed of 5 mm cubed CdTe. The radiation detector 4A detects the X-rays emitted from the X-ray source 9 and transmitted through the examinee 34 and does not detect the γ-rays emitted from the examinee 34. The radiation detector 4B detects the above X-rays and γ-rays. The X-ray signal processing apparatus 20 processes the X-ray imaging signal from the radiation detector 4A and outputs the intensity information. The signal discrimination apparatus 21 processes the gamma ray imaging signal from the radiation detector 4B and outputs a pulse signal. |
