abstract | The maleic anhydride polyacrylate olefin copolymer, which is a pour point depressant for diesel fuels according to the present invention, (1) esterifies a primary alcohol having acrylic acid having a C 16 to C 18 olefin chain with acrylic acid, and (2) the resultant product. It is characterized in that it is prepared by polymerizing maleic anhydride. The present invention provides a pour point depressant for diesel fuel in which wax can be formed at low temperatures by lowering the pour point of diesel fuel. |
