titleOfInvention | Water soluble acrylic polymer binder for flux and Brazing method using the same |
abstract | The present invention is to provide alumina fluoride flux to the molded aluminum plate in the form of the evaporator, oil cooler, intercooler, radiator, condenser and heater in the automotive air conditioner, and then fully thermal decomposition during brazing process A water-soluble acrylate binder composition is disclosed in which carbides are not present inside the devices and the medium of the dispersion is made of water so that the working environment is comfortable.n n n A monomer for forming a (meth) acrylic resin, which is any one selected from a saturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester monomer, an alkenyl aromatic monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer, and a mixed monomer thereof, an emulsifier, a polymerization initiator, and a solvent, which can be used in an aluminum brazing process. In the case of flux coating process and adhesiveness and cohesiveness after drying, it does not adversely affect the working environment, and it does not affect the physical properties because no carbides remain on the surface of the material after brazing. |
