titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing of fire retardant interior material by using waste paper and cotton
abstract In the present invention, a flame retardant is added to dissociated waste paper and waste fiber into water, followed by mixing and mixing a predetermined ratio of ocher powder, ganban stone powder, and coal ash fine powder in a paper or plate form by a molding method such as a papermaking method. The method relates to a method for manufacturing a flame retardant interior material, which is manufactured by dehydration, drying by sending a wind through a blower, and then undergoing a surface treatment process, specifically, dissociating 75-85 wt% of waste paper or waste fiber as a raw material in water and dissociating it. After adding a known size agent, filler, and air freshener, 4-8% by weight of sodium hydrogencarbonate (NaHCO 3 ) is added as a flame retardant, and 4-8% by weight of ocher powder as a functional additive. 6% by weight and 3-5% by weight of coal ash are added to the mixture and stirred. The paper is then formed into a sheet of paper or 2-5mm thickness and dehydrated. It is manufactured by drying and surface treatment. In case of fire, fire retardant effect is excellent by separation reaction of sodium hydrogen carbonate and interaction of ocher, elvan, coal ash, etc. used as functional additives. It is beneficial to health because it can be exerted, and has excellent sound insulation, insulation, and humidity control functions, which makes it possible to produce a pleasant interior effect than other interior materials. You get a new flame retardant interior.
