More particularly, the present invention relates to a change in N-linked sugar chains involved in cancer development and metastasis. It relates to a diagnostic kit using a method for diagnosing cancer by measuring a sugar chain change of a protein and a method for measuring a sugar chain change of the protein. The method of diagnosing cancer of the present invention and a diagnostic kit using the same can be usefully used to diagnose various cancers including colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and liver cancer. |
