titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for preparing hydrazodicarbonamide using urea as starting material
abstract The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing hydrazodicarbonamide economically and environmentally friendly using urea as a starting material, comprising: a pyrolysis furnace for pyrolyzing urea to obtain burette and ammonia; A recrystallization reactor for purifying the burette obtained in the pyrolysis furnace; A first reactor for reacting said recrystallized burette with a metal hypohalogen compound, or a halogen and a base, to obtain a monohalo burette metal salt; A second reactor for synthesizing hydrazodicarbonamide by reacting the monohaloburet metal salt obtained in the first reactor with ammonia; And an ammonia evaporator separating the hydrazodicarbonamide and the excess amount of ammonia obtained in the second reactor and transferring the separated ammonia to the ammonia concentrator. Here, the ammonia concentrator is preferably configured to concentrate the excess amount of ammonia and the ammonia obtained in the pyrolysis furnace and to supply the ammonia.
