titleOfInvention | Cold-setting Curing Product of Phenol Resin |
abstract | The present invention relates to a room temperature cured product of a phenol resin and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a curing agent composition prepared by reacting a resol type phenol resin prepared by reacting a phenol, an aldehyde, a catalyst, and the like, an organic acid, a weak inorganic acid, or the like. It relates to a room temperature cured product of a phenol resin to contain and a method for producing the same.n n n Conventional phenolic resins are highly flame retardant and low in gas generation when burned, and thus are vulnerable to impacts. Has a problem. The room temperature cured product of the phenol resin prepared according to the present invention overcomes the above problems such as high temperature molding conditions, and has properties such as heat resistance, combustion resistance, durability, and strength. In addition, by using the curing agent prepared according to the present invention it is possible to cure the resin at room temperature, to ensure a stable pot life at room temperature processing, it is possible to express a sufficient strength after curing. Therefore, the room temperature cured body of the phenol resin of the present invention can be applied as a raw material of flame retardant composite materials to a wide range of fields such as construction, aerospace, defense, machinery and the like. |
