titleOfInvention | Calix[4]arene-nucleoside and calix[4]arene-oligonucleotide hybrids and method for the preparation thereof |
abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to novel calixarene-nucleoside hybrids (calix [4] arene-nucleoside hybrids) and calixsarene-oligonucleotide hybrids (Calix [4] arene-oligonucleotide hybrids) and methods for preparing the same. The present invention relates to a Kalixaren-Nucleoside hybrid comprising a Kalixaren residue and a Kalixaren-Oligonucleotide hybrid capable of acting as a DNA hairpin structure mimics using it as a building block. The calixarene-nucleoside and calixaren-oligonucleotide hybrids of the present invention will be able to effectively recognize DNA or RNA through the formation of a triplex by combining a cavity with a calixarene and a bioactive substance. |
