titleOfInvention Composition for Polyolefin Elastomer Modified by Chemical
abstract The present invention relates to an elastomer composition which is chemically modified by adding an unsaturated organic compound containing at least one carbonyl group in the state in which the ethylene-high-alpha-olefin rubber and the polyolefin resin are physically bonded. More specifically, in order to improve the low temperature impact strength of the final product, the ethylene content of the ethylene-high-alpha-olefin rubber, which is the main component, is very low, which is 60% or less, and the third monomer of ethylene noborene is absent. During the physical mixing of olefin rubber and auxiliary polyolefin resin, at least one carbonyl group-containing unsaturated organic compound and initiator are added to give a polar group to a non-polar product by chemical bonding, thereby making it compatible with future polar engineering plastic blends. Increasing the low-temperature impact strength and improving the adhesion can improve the paintability and fusion characteristics.
