| abstract | The characteristic article may comprise an elastically stretchable side panel having a longitudinal dimension and a lateral dimension. The hook material member is operably connected to the first lateral outer edge portion of the side panel, each hook material member including a hook base layer having a designated fastening area and a designated handle area. The fastening region includes a plurality of hook members formed integrally with the plurality of base layers and extending from the underside of the hook base layer.
