titleOfInvention | A Novel antigenic peptide sequence for the Hepatitis B virus vaccine |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel hepatitis B vaccine antigen sequence, and more particularly, to modify a part of the amino acid sequence of preS2 region of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) to remove the binding properties of albumin polymer in human serum to the human body of the existing vaccine. It relates to a novel hepatitis B vaccine antigen sequence which is neutralized by serum albumin components to ameliorate the problem of reduced antigenicity and improves responsiveness to the immune system. |
