abstract | In the present invention, the edible puffer fish (5-10% by weight, kelp: 0.5-4% by weight, laurel: 0.1-1% by weight), which is removed from the poisonous part, is added to water: 85-90% by weight in a conventional manner. After boiled, the method relates to a method for preparing a beverage for diet using puffer fish as a main ingredient, which is produced by filtering the remaining broth from which the dried part is removed, and successfully using the toxicity of the puffer fish to avoid feeling hunger during the diet. At the same time it can be done to eliminate side effects such as nutritional deficiency caused by diet. |
