abstract | The present invention relates to a novel polyacetylene-based compound which is an acyl coa: diacylglycerol acyltransferase activity inhibitor and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to an acyl coa: diacylglycerol acyltransferase. It inhibits the activity of absorbing triglycerides into the body and inhibits the biosynthesis of triglycerides in liver, fat cells, muscle cells, etc., thereby lowering weight triglycerides and inhibiting the accumulation of triglycerides in the organs. A novel polyacetylene-based compound that is an effective acyl coei: diacylglycerol acyltransferase activity inhibitor and a method for preparing the same. |
