abstract In the present invention, the electrode 10 is covered, and the first group of current collectors 31 and the electrode 10 are covered with a first group of pole tabs 31a of the first group to which the first lead terminal 61 is connected. The intermediate current collectors 33 of the first group having the connection tabs 33a of the group are alternately stacked while being separated from each other as the separators 41 of the first group so that the parallel connection is performed so that the voltage is constant and the capacity is increased. A second group in which the first unit cell 71 and the electrode 10 are covered and the second lead terminals 62 are connected to each other, and are manufactured by vacuum-embedding the first sealing bag 51 together with the electrolyte 20. The second group of current collectors 32 and the electrode 10 covered with the pole tabs 32a of the second group of intermediate current collectors 34 of the second group with the connection tabs 34a of the second group. As a group of separators 42, they are alternately stacked while being stacked alternately to implement parallel connection so that the voltage is constant and the capacitance is increased, and the second sealing bag 52 with the electrolyte 20 is formed. The second unit cell 72 manufactured by vacuum-embedding inside the casing, and the first tab connection tab 33a and the second tab connection tab 34a are serially connected to each other so that the capacitance is constant and the voltage is doubled. An electric double layer device 100 including an outer sealing bag 80 for compressing and embedding the first unit cell 71 and the second unit cell 72 as a basic feature thereof is provided.
