The present invention relates to nanoarray-type biochips that are highly integrated at the nanoscale that can be selectively attached at desired positions. In addition, the present invention is capable of fabricating micro- or nano-sized multichannels on a substrate, arranging one or more carbon nanotubes at specific locations within the channels, and selectively attaching receptors that bind to target biomolecules thereon.
