titleOfInvention | Composition for oral administration of poorly soluble antifungal agent and process for the preparation thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for oral administration of poorly soluble antifungal agents with increased bioavailability and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the composition of the present invention comprising a poorly soluble antifungal agent, phosphoric acid, surfactant and oil is a high viscosity microemulsion preconcentrate, in which a poorly soluble antifungal agent is homogeneously dissolved in a mixture of an aqueous solution of phosphoric acid and a dissolution aid and then interfacial to the solution. It is prepared by adding the active agent and oil to obtain a microemulsion preconcentrate and then removing the dissolution aid. |
