abstract | According to the present invention, a means for detecting the presence and priority of polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) synthetic microorganisms quickly, simply, specifically, and sensitively is provided. In addition, as a probe or primer for PHA synthase gene detection, a nucleic acid fragment containing at least the partial sequence is used based on the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 9 or its complementary nucleotide sequence. Methods of detecting PHA synthesizing microorganisms carrying PHA synthase genes are provided. |
