titleOfInvention | Quality control method of DNA microarray spots |
abstract | The present invention relates to a quality control method of a DNA microarray spot. More specifically, a DNA spotting solution to be attached to a DNA chip substrate is prepared by adding a fluorescent material and then spotted, thereby producing a DNA chip and generating from the spot. The present invention relates to a quality control method of a DNA chip comprising capturing a fluorescent signal.n n n According to the quality control method of the DNA microarray of the present invention, quality control of the microchip of the DNA chip is detected by detecting a signal from a fluorescent substance covalently attached to the DNA chip solid substrate together with the DNA probe at the DNA spot of the DNA chip. Therefore, there is no need to undergo dyeing and discoloration operations as compared to the quality control method by the conventional method of staining DNA spots. |
