titleOfInvention Electrode material for electrochemical element and method for production thereof, and electrochemical element
abstract The metal oxide and the conductive material particles are formed by adding, dispersing, and heating the conductive material particles in a colloidal solution of an oxide of a metal element belonging to the group 3 to 12 in the fourth to sixth cycles of the periodic table. The electrode material which consists of a composite of is obtained. This composite exhibits a high capacity even under high current density and excellent chargeability, and is therefore suitable for use as an electrode material for electrochemical devices such as lithium secondary batteries and electrochemical capacitors. By using the electrode material composed of this composite, the electrode can be manufactured without a binder and an electrochemical device having excellent output characteristics can be constituted.
