abstract |
A first layer 2a formed on the current collector 1a and a conductive material formed on the current collector 1a and containing a conductive material for occluding and releasing lithium ions, and formed on top of the first layer 2a And a second layer 3a comprising lithium or a lithium alloy, and a third layer 4a formed on top of the second layer 3a and having a lithium ion conductive material. The third layer 4a prevents the lithium or lithium alloy in the second layer 3a from contacting the electrolyte and smoothly supplies lithium to the second layer 3a to improve the efficiency of the negative electrode. The first layer 2a occludes and releases some of the lithium to be occluded and released, so that the volume change of the second layer 3a can be reduced. By this cathode structure, cycle efficiency is improved and long cycle life and good safety can be achieved. |
