The expression vector of the present invention is a PHA synthetic gene ( phaC ), β-ketothiolase (β-ketothiolase) synthetic gene ( phaA ) and NADPH dependent acetoacetyl-CoA reductase (NADPH dependent acetoacetyl-CoA reductase) synthetic gene ( phaB ). According to the present invention, since it can produce a large amount of PHA containing a high ratio of 3HB having similar properties to existing synthetic polymers compared to the conventional method, it will be widely used in the development of new materials using the same.
