abstract | The present invention is the following general formula [1]:n n n MR 1 k R 2 m R 3 n Q h [1]n n n Wherein R 1 is selected from ligands containing at least one nitrogen atom, sulfur atom, phosphorus atom or oxygen atom; R 2 is selected from ligands consisting of cyclic hydrocarbons with π electrons, and R 1 and R 2 May be crosslinked with each other; R 3 is selected from a ligand consisting of an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, a silicon atom containing alkyl atom having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and a aryl group containing 6 to 20 carbon atoms; M is a metal selected from the rare earth elements Sc, Y, a lanthanide transition metal or an actinide transition metal; Q is selected from a halogen atom and an electron donating ligand, and Q is the same or different if h is greater than 1; K is an integer of 1 to 4; m, n and h are each 0 or an integer of 1 to 4), using a polymerization catalyst of an unsaturated monomer, and a polar non-unsaturated amino group.
