titleOfInvention Dielectric ceramic composition, ceramic capacitor using the same and process of producing thereof
abstract The present invention provides a magnetic composition having a high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and stable characteristics even in a high frequency band and a magnetic capacitor using the same.n n n As the dielectric self composition, the subcomponent is included in a casting formed of xBaO-yNd 2 O 3 -zTiO 2 (where x + y + z = 1, 0.05 ≦ x ≦ 0.30, 0.05 ≦ y ≦ 0.20, 0.65 ≦ z ≦ 0.75). As such, 0.05 to 8% by weight of CuO, 0.01 to 5% by weight of ZnO and 0.1 to 10% by weight of the glass composition are employed. A small amount of rare earth element oxides such as Y 2 O 3 , PbO of 3% by weight or less, Bi 2 O 3 of 3% by weight or less, or Al 2 O 3 may be added to the dielectric ceramic composition. The dielectric ceramic composition of the present invention is obtained by sintering at a lower temperature than conventionally at 850 to 1050 캜.
