titleOfInvention Solid Electrolyte Capacitor and its Manufacture
abstract The present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent electric characteristics and a large capacity by producing a solid electrolyte layer made of a dense and uniform conductive polymer in a wound-type capacitor element, and a method for producing the same. The mixed solution of the 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene and the oxidizing agent is impregnated into the capacitor element 10 wound with the positive electrode foil 1 and the negative electrode foil 2 through the separator 3, The mixed solution is permeated into the inside of the condenser element 10 and the polyethylene dioxythiophene, that is, the solid electrolyte layer is formed in the interior of the condenser element 10 by the gradual polymerization reaction of the oxidizer with 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene, . Further, a low impedance solid electrolytic capacitor in which an electrolyte layer is well produced is provided. Ethylene dioxythiophene is polymerized with an oxidizing agent in at least one solvent selected from secondary alcohols, tertiary alcohols and derivatives of secondary alcohols. As a result, the polymerization reaction is maintained in a favorable state, and the reaction is promptly promoted, so that a polyethylene dioxythiophene having high polymerization degree, good conductivity, and good adhesion with the oxide dielectric layer is formed as an electrolyte layer.
