abstract | The present invention converts some or all of the hydroxyl groups (-OH) of the (polyester) polyols having three or more hydroxyl groups (-OH) to (meth) acrylic acid esters, and does not substitute the (meth) acrylic acid esters of the remaining some hydroxyl groups. A poly (ester) (meth) acrylate or a polymer thereof in which an unreacted hydroxyl group (-OH) is substituted with a group having no radical reactivity, an organic peroxide having 6 to 40 carbon atoms, and an electrolyte solution composed of a lithium salt and an organic solvent. The present invention provides a polymer solid electrolyte, a lithium battery employing the same, and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, a gel polymer formed from a polymer of poly (ester) (meth) acrylate having three or more reactors for forming a polymer electrolyte has increased mobility of lithium ions and a uniform distribution in the polymer at the electrode surface. A gel polymer battery system with improved battery performance can be obtained. In addition, according to the present invention, the carbon dioxide generated by the decomposition of the peroxide having 6 to 40 carbon atoms as a polymerization initiator for forming a polymer electrolyte forms a lithium carbonate film on the anode surface, so that the resistance at the time of insertion / reinsertion of lithium ions into the anode electrode In this way, the anode surface can be maintained even after the charge / discharge cycle proceeds. As such, when the lithium carbonate film is formed on the anode surface, the decomposition of the electrolyte solution on the anode surface is suppressed, thereby improving the swelling suppression effect of the lithium battery.
