A polycarbonate-based resin composition comprising 1 to 5 parts by weight of the compound of 1) and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a high molecular compound having a reactive structure in the polystyrene main chain as a compatibilizer.n n n The resin composition prepared by the present invention is a transparent thermoplastic resin composition having excellent antistatic properties.
