abstract | The present invention relates to a multi-component polymer separation membrane, and more particularly, to a multi-component polymer separation membrane composed of two or more polymer components and a method for producing the same, unlike a conventional separation membrane composed of only one polypropylene component.n n n To this end, the present invention provides a separation membrane of a polymer component prepared by a process comprising stretching, the polymer is a) 70 to 99% by weight of at least one component having a permeation function; And b) 1 to 30% by weight of at least one component having no permeation function, and a method for producing the same.n n n The multicomponent polymer membrane of the present invention has superior permeability and mechanical properties as compared to the conventional membrane of polypropylene alone. In addition, when used as a battery isolation membrane such as a lithium ion battery, the battery performance is improved due to the improved permeability and mechanical properties. Particularly, when the substrate is used as a high crystalline polypropylene, the battery performance is improved due to a significant improvement in the permeability. The charging and discharging characteristics of the battery are excellent, and because of the high melting temperature, the membrane breaking temperature is high. |
