abstract The present invention relates to a ring-closing ring by reacting a compound having an α-methylene-γ-butyrolactone structure, which is one of the basic structures shown in many medicines such as an anticancer agent, with an allene compound having an aldehyde group or a ketone group and carbon monoxide in the presence of a catalyst containing ruthenium. It is prepared by the one-step reaction to combine, thereby enabling the improvement of the overall reaction yield and cost reduction.
