It is about a method.n n n In the present invention, the washed rice is immersed in a solution containing cell membrane enzyme, protease, and dextrin or dextrin analogue, and then subjected to primary dextrin coating process by cell membrane and protein degradation and wet method. Rice flour and subsidiary materials prepared by the second method of dextrin coating by drying, pulverizing and drying, and mixed with phosphate or strong powder as needed in addition to gluten, dextrin or dextrin analogue, xanthan gum, sugar, salt, skim milk powder and yeast. It provides a method for producing an edible premix. |
