abstract A manufacturing method of an inkjet print head is described. In the manufacturing method, the upper part of the through hole for the ink supply hole is formed together in the pad opening process. Therefore, the process of forming the water through hole is simplified and shortened as compared with the related art. This reduction leads to a reduction in manufacturing cost.
