abstract An inkjet printhead and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The disclosed inkjet printhead has a first ink chamber having a substantially hemispherical shape on the surface thereof where ink to be discharged is filled, and a manifold for supplying ink to the first ink chamber is formed on the rear side thereof. A substrate having an ink channel connecting the first ink chamber and the manifold; A nozzle plate stacked on a surface of the substrate and having a nozzle formed at a position corresponding to a central portion of the first ink chamber; A heater formed to surround the nozzle of the nozzle plate; An electrode electrically connected to the heater to apply a current to the heater; And an insulating layer formed on the top of the nozzle plate, the second ink chamber having a substantially cylindrical shape corresponding to the nozzle, and an ink discharge port through which ink is discharged from the second ink chamber.
