abstract | The present invention measures the Hall effect related values such as the mobility of the semiconductor, the concentration of the carrier and the resistivity using the Hall effect.n n n A sample specimen for measuring the Hall effect is mounted on an IC socket or a similar target fixed inside the insulation housing that can easily inject and store liquid nitrogen, and a pair of permanent magnets can be easily placed on the outside of the insulation housing. The measuring device is simplified by measuring the relevant values of the Hall effect by moving the moving member, and the measurement process can be simplified, and the sample specimen according to the constant current supplied by the constant current supply unit of the hall voltage measuring means to the sample specimen. The measurement error is eliminated by measuring the measurement error before measuring the hall effect, including a measurement error detection unit for measuring the level of the input voltage and detecting and displaying the measurement error of the sample specimen at the level of the measured input voltage. |
