titleOfInvention A polysulfone based hollow fiber membranes with high strength and performance, and a process of preparing for the same
abstract The present invention relates to a polysulfone-based hollow fiber membrane having excellent strength and performance and a method for producing the same. The polysulfone hollow fiber membrane of the present invention has a polysulfone-based resin as a main component, and has an oval or slit micropore having a shape ratio of 1.0 to 3.0. Hollow fiber membrane of the present invention is the spinning dope and the internal coagulating solution composed of polysulfone polymer, organic solvent and additives into the air with a double-tubular nozzle and then solidified with an external coagulating solution and then washed, the drying temperature of 100 ~ 180 ℃ It is manufactured by drying at high temperature. The polysulfone-based hollow fiber membrane of the present invention has excellent mechanical strength as well as excellent permeation performance versus removal performance.
