titleOfInvention | The composition of refrigerant mixtures for alternating refrigerant r-500 |
abstract | The present invention replaces Freon-based mixed refrigerant R-500 [R-12 (CF 2 Cl 2 ) / R-152a (CHF 2 -CH 3 ) = 73.8 / 26.2 wt%] which is mainly used in home and industrial refrigerators. There is provided an environmentally friendly mixed refrigerant composition that can be immediately applied only by adjusting the amount of refrigerant by minimizing the structural change of the conventional refrigerator system. The mixed refrigerant first composition of the present invention for replacing the refrigerant R-500 includes cyclopropane, a hydrocarbon refrigerant gas of 45 to 75 wt%, and a hydrofluorocarbon refrigerant gas of 25 to 55 wt%, based on the total refrigerant composition. Flammable hydrocarbon-based refrigerants containing phosphorus 1,1-difluoroethane, optionally selected from the group consisting of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ), trifluoro methyliodine (CF 3 I), and mixtures thereof It is further included within 5% by weight of additives to improve the flow rate and to compensate for the smooth flow of the freezing oil in the evaporator and the volumetric freezing capacity of the refrigerant of the freezer components. The mixed refrigerant second composition for replacing the refrigerant R-500 of the present invention is isobutane, which is 10-30% by weight of hydrocarbon refrigerant gas, and 1,1,1, which is 70-90% by weight of hydrofluorocarbon refrigerant gas. It contains, 2-tetrafluoroethane and is optionally selected from the group consisting of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ), trifluoro methyliodine (CF 3 I) and mixtures thereof, to improve the flammability of hydrocarbon-based refrigerants And additionally within 5% by weight of an additive for compensating for the smooth flow of the frozen oil in the evaporator and the volume freezing capacity of the refrigerant. |
