titleOfInvention | Novel Aspergillus sp. 5990 producing thermostable phytase and method for degradation of phytic acid using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel Aspergillus genus strain that produces a large amount of heat-resistant phytase, and a method of decomposing phytic acid using the same, and to isolate and identify a novel strain exhibiting phytase activity from soil, and to investigate it. Phytase showed high activity and heat resistance, established a culture method for mass production of phytase from isolated strains, and established optimal degradation conditions of phytic acid in rice bran and soybean meal as feed sources. And the utilization value as an additive of livestock feed was improved. |
