titleOfInvention | Expression vector using for animal cell |
abstract | The present invention relates to an expression vector in an animal cell, and provides an expression vector including a transcription termination site of a beta globin MAR element and / or a gastrin gene. The present invention provides a novel nucleic acid region of the SV40 virus-derived promoter through analysis of MAR present at the 5 'position of the beta globin gene in order to overcome the gene expression suppression phenomenon caused by the introduction of foreign genes in animal cells. PSG vector inserted into the pSG vector comprising a transcription termination site developed in the form of a combination of a special base site of the transcription termination site of the gastrin gene and the SV40 polyadenylation signal, and a transcription termination site of the MAR reverse body and the gastrin gene. Provided is a pMSG vector containing both a combination of a special base site of and a SV40 polyadenylation signal. By using the above expression vector, not only the foreign recombinant protein can be effectively expressed in various animal cells but also a recombinant protein can be produced that maintains the inherent structure and function of the animal protein. |
